I am sitting in my beautiful home on this Halloween evening and decided to let everyone know why. A little background...we had an old Cape. Looked to move and chose to stay. Hired Precision to convert our house to a colonial. Project started in February of 2020 one month before Covid hit. To say we were panicked is an understatement. However I must say that Vinny came through with his calm demeanor and work ethic. Every step of the way he pushed through and most of the subcontractors were exceptional. I just signed up with Precision Builders to add a second floor on my home. I spoke with 4-5 other contractors in the Long Island area and felt this was my best experience. The owner Vinny was very friendly and knowledgable. Did not pressure me or my wife at all during the entire process. What we liked the most was how prepared they were.
