The Precision Process

Meet with one of Precision’s Project Coordinators to discuss your specific needs and desires. This meeting typically occurs at the location of the project to better understand the existing property conditions and define the appropriate scope of work.

Drawings During the second meeting your project coordinator will come back with the preliminary design and a fully detailed estimate pertaining to your specific project. Using the Chief Architect 3D program, we can show you exactly what your finish project will look like to scale. At this time we will explain all the components of your project and confirm that we have accurately detailed your desired scope of work.

After agreeing upon the design and specifications, there will be numerous architecture field visits and drawings until every detail is finalized to complete precision and accuracy. At this point we will agree upon a progressive payment schedule that creates affordability and allows you to better experience the progress of your project.

Once all parties finalize the final plans, we will file and expedite all necessary paperwork to the building department and secure building permits issuance.

Your project officially breaks ground with us as we will be there daily on site to oversee the project. We understand the disturbance new construction can have on your life, but our we will work to complete every project on time and in budget to make this phase as pleasant and smooth as possible.

We personally meet with every inspector throughout the building process to assure all aspects of the project are up to code. We will continue to meet with inspectors at every step to ensure a swift and cost effective project.

While we handle every aspect of your project, you will meet with one of Precision’s design coordinators to select your finishes. We will help assist you in picking out all design aspects, which include tile, cabinetry, paint, moldings, siding, roofing, and interior finishes.

The last finishes have been installed and the trucks have rolled away. All that’s left is your timeless new home. We will schedule and complete all final inspections required to get your Certificate of Occupancy.
